6 Week WEIGHT LOSS ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS
Often, I notice individuals pressing pause on their goals during this time of year. This could be due to a packed back-to-school schedule, numerous social commitments, or the upcoming holidays. However, I firmly believe that this is an opportune time to recommit to your goals.
There's no need to wait until January to prioritize weight loss if it's a current goal of yours! That's precisely why I'm offering a 6-week weight loss accountability program to provide you with the essential pillars for navigating the holidays without experiencing an unwelcome scale increase. Here are the deets!
CHOOSE YOUR SESSION:
- Mondays at 7pm starting on 10/23 
- Saturdays at 9am starting on 10/28 
GROUP SIZE:
- I require a minimum of 2 people per group. 
- Groups will be capped at 4 people 
ABOUT THE GROUP:
- Our first session will start with an assessment to establish your baseline and starting point. 
- Each class will include a private weigh-in, a 45 minute full body workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching and mobility. 
- During our stretch and cool-down, we'll have an open discussion about your wins and challenges on your weight loss journey from the pervious week. As a group, we will keep each other accountable and offer support for everyones individual journey!
