Certified Fitness Training
At Titanium Fitness Center, we want to provide you with the most resources possible to reach your fitness goals. As a member of our gym, you have the option for a consultation once a month with one of our owners. This consultation includes a full fitness assessment, and a conversation with you to help set fitness goals, go over your activity level, current activities, and active hobbies. We will then build a curriculum of classes for you to take each month based on all of those factors. The curriculum will be designed specifically toward YOU and your goals to help achieve maximum results in minimal time.
