ALL LEVELS. This bootcamp style class is a full body strength and conditioning class. We'll be using a mix of free weights, TRX, Resistance Bands, Bosu balls, gliders, and more to help improve your strength, endurance, agility, and balance.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. Channel your inner child in this high-intensity, obstacle course-like class that makes you feel like you’re at recess; recess on roids! If you’re training for a mud race, adventure race, or obstacle course, this class is the best way to replicate race scenarios.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. No fighting experience is necessary to enjoy this cardio-intensive, technique-focused fighting class. You will be introduced to basic kick and punch techniques, learn a combo circuit that changes every 6 weeks, and then glove up to practice on heavy bags and focus mitts. This is not your mom’s cardio-kickboxing class!

ALL LEVELS. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga utilizing the practice of holding postures for longer periods while incorporating deep breathing and meditation techniques to help with muscle recovery, flexibility and mindstate.
