ALL LEVELS. This outdoor bootcamp style class series is a full body strength and conditioning class. Each series is 6 weeks and will be at rotating venues around Northwest Denver/Wheatridge.
If you've got some equipment at home, I can build a program for you and guide you though it, via FaceTime, Zoom or GoogleMeet. I have also done equipment rentals or resistance band workouts if you don't have much space.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. No fighting experience is necessary to enjoy this cardio-intensive, technique-focused fighting class. You will be introduced to basic kick and punch techniques.
ALL LEVELS. Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. It's not fun, but someone's gotta do it. Let us make it a little more enjoyable, and a lot more effective! With High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you get the benefits of cardio in short intense bursts, followed by intervals of rest. Just be ready to SWEAT :)
ALL LEVELS. For those who want to get their A$$es kicked in a short amount of time, with lots of dynamic movement, and the use of various weightlifting techniques.
