ALL LEVELS. This outdoor bootcamp style class series is a full body strength and conditioning class. Each series is 6 weeks and will be at rotating venues around Northwest Denver/Wheatridge.
If you've got some equipment at home, I can build a program for you and guide you though it, via FaceTime, Zoom or GoogleMeet. I have also done equipment rentals or resistance band workouts if you don't have much space.

With High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you get the benefits of cardio in short intense bursts, followed by intervals of rest. Just be ready to SWEAT :)
